LAUNCH IN ONE EVENING · STEP BY STEP

Configure once — your team runs the process. You stay in control

Below is the manufacturing example: sign up → stages → tech maps → roles. The team gets access and starts working. You open the dashboard to make decisions — not to find out what's happening on the shop floor.

I. How to set it up

Four steps to a working dashboard

Each step takes 30–60 minutes. By the end of the workday your shop is in the system.

  1. 010–60 min

    Define your production stages

Just list the steps your orders go through. Cutting → Assembly → Painting → Packaging — or whatever actually fits your process.

lightbulbDon't try to “do it right”. Write it the way your shop talks.
  2. 0260–120 min

    Describe your product tech maps

What the product is made of. A wardrobe: 8 MDF parts, 32 hardware items, 4 stages. You describe it once — the system breaks every new order into stages and materials.

lightbulbYou can start with 1–2 top sellers and add more later.
  3. 03120–150 min

Enter the first order and assign people

Create an order from a client card. The system reserves materials, builds the stage queues, and computes a target completion date. Assign specific workers to stages.

lightbulbThe first order is the hardest. The second takes 5 minutes.
  4. 04Next day

The team runs the process. You stay in control

Sales registers orders. Foremen close stages from their phones. Warehouse reserves and issues materials. You open the dashboard when you need to confirm everything is moving — or to make a call where the system flags a risk.

lightbulbFirst real KPIs appear on the first full day after launch.
II. Who does what

The leader delegates. Everyone — in their own space

BSHelper is built hierarchically. You handle the starting questions and hand sections to department leads. They configure their area, run the processes, and transparently control them. You see the company at a glance — without diving into details.

III. Each sees their own

One product — three role views

The leader sees the shop picture. The foreman — their queue. The warehouse — their stock. Nobody gets lost in someone else's view, but everyone works in the same data flow.

IV. What you can count on

What is guaranteed to work in the first week

Not “in theory”. These are the features that activate the moment you enter your first order.

Live shop KPIs

The KPI strip updates in real time — no page reload needed.

task_alt

Auto-reserve of materials

Order → tech map → warehouse reserves itself, no manual copying.

task_alt

Overdue forecast

See the risk of missing the deadline before the stage even starts — not on the due date itself.

task_alt

Weighted progress

Not “3 of 5 stages”, but real % by actual labor.

task_alt

Mobile-first shop floor

Foremen close stages from a phone. No tablets, no desktops needed.

Activity log

Visible who did what. Conflicts resolve themselves.

Launch — in one evening. Seriously.

Don't wait for “a better moment”. Launch the process today

Sign up → stages → tech maps → launch. 14 days free, no credit card. Doesn't fit — you pay nothing and lose nothing.
